Jeffrey Cohen has a long and distinguished reputation in the real estate profession. He grew up in the high end real estate business helping his father, Aaron Cohen, one of Indianapolis' finest builders.

Mr. Cohen established and then operated his own regionally recognized real estate brokerage, consulting and development firm for 25 years before founding Encore Sotheby's International Realty in 2010. For more than 28 years, Mr. Cohen has represented thousands of buyers and sellers, and has been involved in the development of more than 20 upscale communities in and around Indianapolis.

Mr. Cohen is a proud alumnus of The Orchard School, Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, Ball State University and Florida Atlantic University. He serves as Editor-In-Chief of Sophisticated Living Magazine.

Originally from New Orleans, Mr. Cohen enjoys tennis, Formula 1 and Indy Car racing, writing, photography, and most of all spending time with his family. His wife, Jennifer and he are active community volunteers supporting the National Council of Jewish Women, Riley Hospital for Children, and the Julian Center, among other causes. Mr. and Mrs. Cohen have two children.

With over 25 years of experience earned in the real estate development, brokerage and consulting arenas, Mark brings a considerable amount of experience and marketing acumen to the ownership group of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty.

Mark’s well-deserved reputation in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area of building exclusive, community-friendly residential developments has earned him recognition from national home builders, financing institutions, investment partners, and civic leaders. Mark’s developments can be found in Carmel, Fishers, Indianapolis, Noblesville, Westfield, and Zionsville.

Mark cultivated his real estate experience by serving as President of Mark Zukerman & Associates, Inc. a real estate development and consulting company since 1991. He served as Executive Vice President and Partner for regionally recognized real estate brokerage and development group J.B. Cohen Realty Corp. from 1986-1991.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington and holds an Indiana Real Estate Brokers license. He is a past Executive Board member of the Indiana Jewish Historical Society and currently serves as the President of the nationally recognized Carmel Swim Club.

As Director of Marketing for Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, Kate manages all aspects of the marketing and advertising for Encore agents and the Encore brand while also managing public relations and media for Encore Sotheby’s International Realty.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Kate holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She began her career in the environmental industry as a Marketing Coordinator for Anguil Environmental Systems, an international Air Pollution Control Company. Kate subsequently moved to Indianapolis and became Director of Marketing for G. Thrapp Jewelers.

Outside of business, Kate's focus is directed to spending time with her husband, Lanny, and their daughter, Elsie. She is active in the Meridian Kessler community and is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She enjoys volunteering and has served as a QUASH committee member for the Alzheimer’s Association and as a volunteer for the non-profit Hearts & Hands of Indiana, Inc. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, learning and travel.

Lindsay Cook is a long time resident of Hamilton County. Lindsay moved to the Indianapolis area to attend Butler University. While attending Butler, Lindsay was actively involved with the Indiana School for the Blind, as well as the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program. She did take time to study abroad in Nicosia, Cyprus. While studying abroad she was able to travel Egypt, Greece and London. Upon returning, Lindsay graduated from Butler with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. After graduation, Lindsay began working with American Funds, where she remained for two years.

Lindsay has been a member of the Encore Sotheby's International Realty team since its inception. Lindsay began her career at Encore Sotheby’s International Realty as their Marketing Coordinator, implementing and maintaining Encore's online presence, assuring that each listing is represented accurately and robustly throughout the web. Lindsay currently serves as Director of Operations expanding her role to encompass the office accounting as well as reporting and forecasting.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys staying active in the community, traveling as much as possible, water and snow skiing, reading and boating.
